I meant that the three websites are in one way or another competing for your time online.

You're right, we are offering different things, but there is some overlap.

For example, I've seen www.myvetstream.com described as a networking website, though it seems to use fairly basic technology.

As you say, vetsonline.com links to the old vbd website, which is just because they seem to have forgotten to point it at the right website, which is the www.vetsonline.com one.

Although that is a publisher's website (as opposed to a social network), they publish jobs, CPD and news, as we do.

I say 'as we do' - in fact, that's not strictly true. On VetSurgeon.org, we don't publish much content ourselves. We simply concentrate on providing you with best information-sharing system there is, to enable you to publish stuff yourselves.

That is a website with clinical information where this site is primarily a veterinary social networking site.

Unless the scope of the site is about to change that I don't know of.

It doesn't even compare to vetsonline who seem to have a mess with their websites: vetsonline.com will redirect you to www.vbd.co.uk while www.vetsonline.com will redirect you to a different site of the same company, but based in Germany.
