&lt;p&gt;Why on earth were Spanish POM-V drugs &amp;nbsp;being delivered to Speke ? Did they have a proper import licence ? The whole thing sounds dodgy Was this yet another result of artificially high UK veterinary drug prices Is it legal under EEC law for manufacturers to price drugs differently to different markets ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Secondly What is the point of the police asking for information, when RCVS make us jump through hoops before reporting a client ?&lt;/p&gt;
