I thought after three years MBA study I might be on top of the lingo, but this has me stumped. I know what QI is and I know what ROI is (very difficult to measure outside a pnl) My best shot is if you do it right and better than you used to, folk like it and will come back for more, your patients will do better, your co-workers will be happier, &nbsp;so that you can increase turnover and if you do it right, increase profit.&nbsp;</p><img src="https://www.vetsurgeon.org/aggbug?PostID=143170&AppID=5&AppType=Weblog&ContentType=0" width="1" height="1">
