&lt;p&gt;Any chance you could translate this into English. I thought after three years MBA study I might be on top of the lingo, but this has me stumped. I know what QI is and I know what ROI is (very difficult to measure outside a pnl) My best shot is if you do it right and better than you used to, folk like it and will come back for more, your patients will do better, your co-workers will be happier, &amp;nbsp;so that you can increase turnover and if you do it right, increase profit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.vetsurgeon.org/aggbug?PostID=143170&amp;AppID=5&amp;AppType=Weblog&amp;ContentType=0" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
