&lt;p&gt;The vast majority of TB is in cattle at grass, that&amp;#39;s why the winter housing period sees a drop in rates. You CANNOT fence badgers out of fields.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If there is accreditation and payments involved, all it will do is encourage the use of peanuts and paracetamol and other methods to reduce the resident badgers on agricultural land, or is this what the hidden agenda is, as this will be the effect.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m so glad I left in 2011, as I didn&amp;#39;t want my epitaph to read &amp;#39;he fought TB, but failed&amp;#39;&lt;/p&gt;
