Everyone, including the college, seems to be harping on about the fact that these two lied about the case and that is the reason they were struck off ... What about the more basic problem that they made such a stuff up of a castration that the dog bled to death !!!

I thought we were supposed to be guardians of animal welfare ...but no, that part of it is totally overlooked, and they get done for telling porkies !!?

Is it just me??!!

There does not seem to be any judgement on the handling of the case, only that they lied to the college. I can't believe that someone can be struck off the register for not attending to a house call quick enough but someone lies and a dog dies and they are only suspended for a few months.

I do not understand why Mr C was not struck off our register. He failed to appear before the hearing. Will he be further sanctioned in 2 months?
