Bit of a nightmare case to have on your first morning as a locum, especially if the facilities aren&amp;#39;t great, but you don&amp;#39;t just send a dog home in that condition. &lt;/p&gt;

I wonder if the owner was investigated for any sort of cruety offence.&lt;/p&gt;
