With time at lunch and breaks limited, its hard to get around and shop for that new operating microscope /X-ray machine while side stepping hordes of charming pretty young women collecting freebies. Maybe it would be better to restrict their access to the NIC arena, or arrange for the collection of freebies in the main ICC and avoid all the queueing ?. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maybe more older people would go if there was &amp;nbsp;less of a dramatic price price hike for older more experienced people compared to new and recent graduates?. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
