Starting date would be around the 21st April 2017 for approximately 3 months with a definite possibility of a permanent position. This post includes working in our large vibrant cosmopolitan referral hospital, with friendly colleagues, a great transdisciplinary approach, exciting clinical trials, supervision of students, residents and case management. Medical oncology experience is essential, ECVIM or ACVIM (Oncology) diplomates preferred, though for the locum we would consider a nice medic with alternative oncology training. We are also in the process of developing our oncology service with at least one permanent position coming up soon. Please contact me in case of interest, thanks!

I just wanted to make you aware of the new Facebook site of the European Society of Veterinary Endocrinology.

This represents an easy way to follow the activities of SCE’s 15-year-old sister organisation and aims to provide updates on activities like the ESVE Endocrinology Summer School (happening this summer in beautiful Bologna, Italy), the laboratory quality assurance scheme (did you know that for some assays there is no difference between 77 nmol/l of cortisol and 179 nmol/l cortisol?), upcoming endocrine grants, upcoming continuing education activities (post-ECVIM-congress day in Gothenburg, Sweden), and much more.

If you like endocrinology, like: www.facebook.com/theESVE :-)

Have a good day, regards,
