Is anyone doing their own out of hours and managing to comply yet? if so any tips on how you do it?

Thanks

rcvs practice standards

A requirement we are struggling with is how to ensure that a vet authorises EVERY POM going over the counter. Routine medicines are ok as the client's card is marked with what drugs they can have, but what are people doing for POM wormers and flea treatments. Do you ask a vet every time someone asks for Advocate - or is it acceptable to mark the record - 'can have worm/flea meds for 12 months' for example.

VetSurgeon.org
