If you have vets studying for a certificate (I'm talking Cert AVP) do you offer them any designated study time during work hours or do you expect them to do it in their own time? I'm currently in the midst of doing a C module online with Liverpool (they estimate 100 hours of study over 16 weeks, I suspect I'm doing even more than that - 6-8 hours a week). I work part-time but have young children so am having to study evenings and weekends. Needless to say I am struggling to fit it all in and have any sort of a life. Just interested to hear what the norm is?

VetSurgeon.org
