I have a chemo case on Madison Wisconsin protocol. He's very bright, afebrile but neutrophils have dropped to below where I want. I'm postponing his chemo for a week but I was wondering do I maintain his Prednisone dose to what he's been on? Or should I reduce it as I would have done if I had have done his chemo??

Thank you!
