&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Working closely with the Technical &amp;amp; Marketing Manager, the Technical Manager will support and grow sales of Dechra&amp;rsquo;s wide range of products with a diverse group of customers by providing technical support to our distribution partners and by developing, coordinating and executing branded communication materials, technical resources, promotions and other initiatives that accurately reflect the Dechra brands. This should be carried out by ensuring that the technical and marketing strategies developed centrally, are adapted and communicated to our customers in an effective and timely manner and ensure customers are well supported and fully understand the merits of the products.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the Technical &amp;amp; Marketing Manager in the development of marketing material for DVP International and liaise closely with central marketing to implement marketing communications projects and activities including new product launches, communications, marketing and brand initiatives, and ensure consistency in sales messages. Ensure launches of new products to the countries are successful by planning marketing tactics, campaigns, and training in conjunction with the above mentioned parties.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide medical and scientific information to develop and sustain a highly competent commercial team and to ensure well-informed customers.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Providing technical advice and product training, mainly to Dechra&amp;rsquo;s distribution partners, but as needed also their external customers, primarily veterinary professionals, across the entire companion animal pharmaceutical portfolio.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Technical and marketing support and training of the area managers and internal customers in order to ensure that sales objectives are met.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Help manage primary International technical support email account. Emails may come from distributors, veterinarians, veterinary technicians, pet owners, distributor personnel or Dechra personnel. Emails may involve general Company and non-technical product inquires, customer support requests, and/or product defects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Investigate, document, and facilitate resolution of product enquiries, complaints and suspected adverse events to meet regulatory requirements and to optimise customer satisfaction. Communicate customer issues with quality, sales, and marketing departments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work effectively in a matrix organisation through collaborations with sales, marketing, veterinary operations, regulatory affairs and other cross-functional teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain positive working relationships with the central marketing and technical team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with opinion leaders, key influencers, and academics to exchange information and develop external resources for Dechra and support, advise and help develop the positioning and range within a market and to develop and maintain a market presence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain an industry and market presence through communications with customers, universities, colleges, professional organisations, key opinion leaders and other commercial contacts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;As needed attend training programmes and select veterinary and professional conferences and organisation meetings to support exhibit, attend key lectures, present seminars to continually develop and enhance personal and Dechra Technical Services expertise.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li style="background: white;"&gt;Use customer CRM&amp;nbsp;system to monitor customer contacts and marketing activities.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li style="background: white;"&gt;Have a good understanding of relevant markets, competitors and&amp;nbsp;customers and gather market data to support business direction and&amp;nbsp;planning. Identify new product development, product enhancement and new&amp;nbsp;market opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Key Performance Indicators &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Number of communications and visits per time period and quality of communications (to be defined as communication in line with marketing plan/One plan and&amp;nbsp;commensurate with need of customers).&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Establishes&amp;nbsp;and meets personal development needs.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;All administration and reports to be sent in on time as defined by line manager.&lt;/li&gt;
