Some time ago we also took on at one site the T4/Bile acids/cortisol add on, though we have and are having significant problems with it such that it is now rarely used. </p> <p>A few months back we reviewed all our internal and external lab provisions. Including perhaps bringing electrolytes in house, and perhaps changing our external lab provider ( not Idexx). This was a potential big expansion for Idexx. Our contact experience with Idexx sales team has been little short of disastrous. totally unsatisfactory. I do not wish to say more online. However if you feel you may be able to point us in a useful direction I would be very pleased to hear from you.
