Either in for the day for surgery or for inpatients? If so, do they work well, and where do yuo get them from?

We currently have clips on the front of each kennel door that we attach the animal's notes to. At college we had plastic strips that we wrote the patient's info on, then they had a little sticky bit so you could attach it around the animal's neck. Possibly unnecessary, but we can't find where to get them from or how much they'd cost etc.

Thanks in advance for any help, Siobhan
