We are keen to expand our current team to allow us to continue to provide the caring, high quality care out clients expect. We are based on one site so have a large friendly team of vets, nurses and support staff working together, most of which have been with us for many years.

We are an independent practice who offer the usual benefits of 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, 5 days funded CPD, RCVS fees paid and have already recruited extra nursing staff to allow us to take on an extra vet.

The rota is based around 2 days 9am-7pm with time off in the afternoon on these days between 1-5pm, one day 9am-6pm, one day 9am-4pm and a half day 9am-1pm. Saturdays are on a rota basis and there are no out of hours as this is covered by the Willows in Solihull. We are a busy small animal practice and see a variety of medical and surgical cases and refer very few cases as most are treated in-house given the range of experience of our current 5 full time vets. We are willing to take on a new grad or experienced vet as there is plenty of support for the right candidate. We try to provide a great service for our clients many of which have been with us for several generations of pets and find it is often the small things we do that matter to them!

We require someone who is able to show empathy with good communication skills and is keen to work in a fast paced, busy environment which can offer a good work/life balance and allow a recent graduate the ability to quickly build up their skills!

Small Animal Vet

We are looking for an enthusiastic Vet to join our friendly Practice and cover weekend work. Saturdays 3 or 4 in 5 with opening hours 9am-4.30pm on a regular ongoing basis. Working alongside 2 other Vets the role will be mainly consulting and the applicant will need to be confident and able to cope with 10 minute appointments. No OOH.

Small Animal Vet

I am looking for someone to do occasional Saturdays on a regular basis. The rota would be 1 or 2 in 5 to cover my share so I can spend more time with my family at weekends. The hours are 9am-4.30pm and we have 2 other Vets in the morning and 1 other in the afternoon so there would be no sole charge. We are a busy, friendly small animal practice and easily accessible from the surrounding areas. Dates are fairly flexible and can be arranged in advance.

Please email or telephone, Louise Coates, for further details or if you wish to discuss the role.

Small Animal Vet

We are looking for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our team near Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands.
